Gators Football Golf Tourney 6/2/2012!!

The Green Valley Football Program will be hosting its 1st Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser on June 2nd, 2012 at the beautiful Legacy Golf Club. This fundraiser is a major fundraiser for the football team this year. We are still looking for parent volunteers to help gather up golfers, raffle prizes, silent auction items, and tee signs. We are right around the corner from this great event and we are excited to get it underway!!

Gators Golf Tournament Date Set for 6/2/2012

Gators Take 3rd in National Power Clean Competition

The Gators were represented well at the 2012 National Power Clean Competition held at Bonanza HS. The Gators placed 3rd as a team. Chris Friedrich took 1st place with a lift of 255 lbs and and Brandon Xapanya also placed 1st with a lift of 320 lbs. Shai Gomez placed 2nd with a lift of 295 lbs and Sam McAloon placed 3rd with a lift of 285 lbs. Tyrell Crosby lifted 315 lbs to place 2nd in the competition.

Great job to all the participants and to all the GATORS that took part in the event!!

Spring Football Intramurals

The 2012 High School Football season is right around the corner. The Gators will begin their Spring Football on Tuesday, May 22nd at 5:30p to 7:00p. All high school players currently attending Green Valley HS are encouraged to attend Spring Football. Spring Football will be held on Tuesday, May 22nd; Wednesday, May 23rd; and Thursday, May 24th.
