Any offensive or defensive lineman who has been involved in the football program is encouraged to attend morning workouts on Monday and Wednesday from 6:45a to 7:30a. These will primarily be agility type workouts working on footwork and position specific techniques.
These workouts will be held every Monday and Wednesday morning throughout the spring and be held in addition to our after school workouts. This workout along with all of our other workouts are geared to better prepare us for a successful season in 2012. See you there! GO GATORS!!
